Job descriptionLead, manage, and mentor team managers, supervisors, and support staff Drive performance to meet SLAs, KPIs, and client expectations Develop and implement operational strategies and process improvements Manage budgets, forecasting, and resource allocation for optimal productivity Foster a high-performance culture that emphasizes accountability, continuous improvement, and employee development Monitor and analyze performance metrics and take corrective actions as needed Serve as a key point of contact for client communications, escalations, and business reviews Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, regulatory requirements, and company policies Coordinate with recruitment, training, quality, and workforce teams for seamless operations Lead operational transitions, process migrations, and onboarding of new accounts Provide regular reports and updates to senior leadership and stakeholders Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus) 7+ years of experience in BPO, with at least 3 years in a senior managerial capacity Strong understanding of call center metrics, processes, and client management Proven track record of managing large teams and delivering business results Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities Proficient in performance management tools, CRM, and reporting systems
