Job descriptionGood knowledge of how to use the computer and navigate the internet. Strong communication skills both verbally and in writing. Resourcefulness, detail-oriented, and highly organized. Strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to prioritize to quickly respond to clients and sellers. Proficient in Excel functions and shortcuts. Ability to work with minimal supervision. Adaptable and capable of observing frequent changes in internal and client procedures. Background in customer service is a plus. Able to work the graveyard shift. Experience with third-party marketplaces (online commerce) is a plus. Entry level Full-time Management and Manufacturing Human Resources Services

Responsibilities
- Direct client communication and meeting various client demands.
- Communicating with Amazon sellers via email or call.
- Understanding all aspects of the projects, including working with multiple departments, maintaining, monitoring, and summarizing project progress.
- Effectively responding to client issues that arise through management reporting weekly and monthly.
- Updating internal tools such as spreadsheets.
- Recommending improvements to current processes.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
