With participants spanning corporate, financial, and policy spheres, our convening play a central role in advancing conversations and building relationships that shape the carbon markets and low-carbon economy.
About the Role
We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Event Success Partner to support outreach, coordination, and delivery of upcoming events. This role combines elements of pre-sales support, relationship management, and logistics coordination and execution. You will help ensure a seamless experience for sponsors, partners, speakers, and attendees, contributing directly to the success of each convening. The role is hands-on and dynamic, offering the opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders, gain exposure to global environmental markets, and develop skills at the intersection of sales enablement and event management.

Requirements
Requirements Must Have : Prior experience in pre-sales functions, sponsorship outreach, or business development support Experience or strong understanding of event planning, coordination, or project support Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working across time zones with a global team Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Excel, Word) Preferred : Strong interest in sustainability, climate policy, or market-based solutions Familiarity with outreach and engagement tools (e.g., Mailchimp, LinkedIn) Experience supporting both virtual and in-person events, including stakeholder engagement and follow-up processes
