Join Our Team as a Customer Service & Sales Representative!

Are you passionate about helping customers and driving results? We’re looking for motivated individuals to join as Customer Service & Sales Representatives.

What You’ll Do :

Answer customer calls, chats, and emails in a timely and professional manner

Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and complaints while providing excellent service

Collect feedback to help improve products and processes

Proactively reach out to customers, introduce our products / services, and guide them through registration, account setup, or first orders

Follow up with potential clients until a successful transaction or contract is completed

Record all communications and transactions accurately in the system

Meet performance targets on registration conversion and sales transactions

Work Schedule :

Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM PST

Job Requirements :

At least 2 years CSR Sales experience (voice, chat, or email)

Strong communication and persuasion skills

Amenable to work the night shift

Amenable to start ASAP

Goal-driven and able to work independently
