We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Experience Associate to join our team at Angkas.
As a Customer Experience Associate , you will be responsible for
- Responding to customer inquiries and providing problem resolution through various channels including phone (inbound and outbound), e-mail, and chat.
- You will deliver outstanding service to our high-value customers by providing exceptional service and solutions to grow customer relationships.
- Additionally, you will provide personalized customer service by understanding and responding to the unique needs of each customer.
- Support different Channels such as Telegram, Social Media, In-App, Email, and Chat.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
- Achieve or exceed daily / monthly targets and other key objectives assigned by your Immediate Supervisor.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
At Angkas, we are looking for a Customer Experience Associate who possesses :
At least 6 months of customer service experience or any client facing rolesExcellent communication skills in Tagalog and EnglishAbility to work on a shifting schedule and amenable to work onsite 5x a weekAmenable to start in a project based contractFresh graduates are also welcome to apply!Interview process includes : 1 day hiring process!
