A Chemical manufacturing company started year 1988 in Japan and was established in the Philippines year 2014. These products are use for cosmetics, electronics and even industrial applications.

Position : HR and Admin Manager

Industry : Chemical Manufacturing company

Location : San Pascual Batangas

Salary : Php 90,000 negotiable

Schedule : Monday- Friday

Work Set up : on-site

Job Requirements :

✨ Bachelor’s degree in Human resource, psychology or any related course.

✨With atleast 7 years of work experience as HR & Admin manager.

✨With experience handling all facet of HR and Admin role

✨knowledgeable in HR / Admin standards and regulatory requirements.

✨Can start as soon as possible is a big advantage

Job Responsibilities :

✨ Develop and implement HR strategies and policies to support the company's overall business objectives

✨ Manage employee disciplinary actions, investigations, and terminations with fairness and following company policy and Philippine labor laws.

✨ Administer compensation and benefits programs

✨ Conduct new employee orientation and ensure smooth onboarding

✨ Manage all HR-related documentation, including contracts, and other essential records
