Handle domestic and international flight reservations using Global Distribution Systems (GDS) .
Provide accurate airfare quotations and issue tickets based on client requirements.
Modify, cancel, and reissue flight bookings according to airline policies.
Assist customers with seat selection, baggage information, special requests, and travel documentation.
Ensure all reservations comply with company and airline rules, including fare construction and ticketing deadlines
Process refunds, exchanges, and itinerary changes efficiently.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline schedules, fare rules, and promotions.
Respond to travel-related inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality customer service and client satisfaction.
Prepare travel itineraries, invoices, and supporting travel documentation.
Handle emergency travel issues such as cancellations, flight delays, or rebookings.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall performance of the travel department.
