Earn up to 18K Monthly | No BPO Experience Needed

Job Responsibilities :

  • Provide exceptional customer service with professionalism and patience.
  • Address inquiries, concerns, and requests by delivering accurate and helpful information.
  • Document customer interactions, call details, and necessary follow-ups.
  • Comply with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
  • Uphold company standards and ensure all communications meet quality guidelines.

    • Qualifications :

  • College Graduate with or without experience
  • Completed 2 years in College with 6months customer service related experience / work experience
  • Above Average English communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Analytical and problem solving skills
  • Good comprehension skills
  • Basic knowledge with MS Office
  • Willing to work on weekends and holidays
