Job descriptionLicensed Real Estate Broker (preferred) or Salesperson At least 2 years of experience as a sales director in real estate sales With Real Estate experience (required) Ready pool of manpower of 3 Sales Managers with 3-5 Property Specialists each Good understanding of the local real estate market Tech savvy, excellent presentation skills, and good interpersonal skills
Role
- Recruit, train, and motivate sales teams
- Provide overall direction of the team.
- Create and implement strategies to hit the pipeline.
- Ensure the team’s quality of accounts.
- Deliver sales targets
- Project / Brand ambassadors / experts.
- Assist the sales team in the end-to-end client sourcing.
