Purpose of Role

Reporting into CG Wellington, the Country Manager of DairyPRO is responsible for the overall operations and financials of DairyPRO, driving operational excellence, efficiency and safety.

Responsibilities

• Leading and growing business in the Philippines.
• Developing and executing sales strategies, in collaboration with Marketing, to increase revenues, profit margins and end-user / consumer satisfaction.
• Ensuring the achievement of financial and operational objectives in alignment with corporate strategy.
• Crafting a strategic vision, spearheading the deliverables for optimized productivity, and holding accountabilities.
• Marshalling resources to meet the financial targets / performance of the organization - including targeted revenues, sales margins and EBITDA.
• Shaping the work environment and delivering standards of excellence and quality to its customers (product and service).
• Fostering an engaged workforce by developing and implementing initiatives to elevate employees’ experiences, which will directly translate into elevated customers’ experiences.
• Provide guidance and feedback to team to strengthen specific knowledge / skill areas.
• Commitment to a healthy and safe working environment.

As a leader within the CG Wellington family of Companies, the Country Manager of DairyPRO is expected to actively engage with peers and colleagues in broader strategic organizational initiatives.
