Job Description
- Lead and grow the company's presence in the Philippines, serving as the primary point of contact for key enterprise clients.
- Strengthen and manage long-term partnerships, ensuring successful renewals, upselling, and expansion of existing deals.
- Oversee the commercial strategy of the PH team, aligning with regional and global business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (regional leadership, underwriting, product, and operations teams) to deliver client success and revenue growth.
- Represent the company in industry events, conferences, and key client meetings to reinforce brand reputation and thought leadership.
- Mentor and manage the local team, fostering a high-performance culture aligned with company values.
The Successful Applicant
- Experience din insurance, reinsurance, financial services, or a related sector, with a strong background in business development and key account management.
- Proven track record in managing C-level and enterprise client relationships, driving revenue growth through farming and long-term partnerships.
- Strong understanding of commercial strategy, market positioning, and client value delivery.
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills; able to influence and align diverse teams.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to execute operationally in a dynamic market.
