Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to become the primary client relationship manager for a thriving marketing agency, where you’ll serve as the crucial bridge between clients and the internal production team. You’ll take ownership of client communications, coordinate seamlessly with skilled editors and media buyers, and ensure exceptional service delivery. Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client relationships, managing 90% of all client communications
• Coordinate effectively with internal teams including creative editors and strategic media buyers to ensure seamless project delivery
• Manage and maintain client relationships through the company’s CRM system, ensuring all interactions are properly documented
• Proactively troubleshoot and resolve client issues, providing exceptional customer service and support
• Deliver regular client updates and maintain ongoing communication to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Leverage your Meta / Facebook advertising expertise to support clients with campaign-related questions and guidance
• Utilize project management tools like Notion to coordinate workflows and maintain organized processes
• Work with GoHighLevel software to manage client data and communications when applicable
• Create and edit video content for clients when skills permit (bonus opportunity for additional compensation)

Requirements
