This is a remote position.
Key Responsibilities :
Client Relationship Management : Own a portfolio of key accounts, act as the primary strategic advisor, lead communications (strategy sessions, reviews, planning), ensure client satisfaction, retention, and growth.
Revenue Growth & Business Development : Identify and present upselling / cross-selling opportunities, analyze performance data, create business cases for budget increases, negotiate renewals and expansions, and track revenue metrics.
Strategic Campaign Leadership : Oversee the strategic direction and execution of SEO and PPC campaigns, develop integrated marketing strategies (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.), optimize budgets, and ensure ROI.
Performance Analysis & Insights : Conduct in-depth campaign analysis, identify trends and opportunities, resolve performance issues, deliver executive-level reports, forecast growth, and present quarterly business reviews.
Client Strategy & Consultation : Provide expert digital marketing guidance, develop marketing roadmaps, advise on tech stack and competitive positioning, and support digital transformation initiatives.
Team Leadership & Collaboration : Lead project teams, mentor junior staff, collaborate on agency growth strategies, and improve operational processes.
Vendor & Partner Management : Manage relationships with vendors and partners, evaluate new tools, and negotiate contracts to enhance service quality and cost-effectiveness.

Requirements Proven experience in B2B lead generation, preferably in business services. Expert in using tools or software for LinkedIn Lead Generation such as Outreach.io, Dripify or similar. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Proficiency in using LinkedIn for business development Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and social media platforms Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately Excellent time management and organizational skills Good understanding of defining, monitoring and timely reporting KPIs Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution Expertise in SEO, PPC, and integrated digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta / Facebook Ads, etc.). Ability to design, oversee, and optimize multi-channel campaigns aligned with client objectives and ROI goals. Familiarity with marketing tech stacks, automation tools, and competitive positioning.
