Account Manager - TikTok Shop

Our client is a leading advertising, media, commerce and ad-tech solutions company connecting brands to consumers by representing top platforms and publishers.

This position is located in their office in Manila, The Philippines and will require some travel to clientand agency locations. The Account Manager TikTok Shop will report to the Business Head TikTokin The Philippines.

Objectives and Responsibilities :

• Execute, monitor, and optimize TikTok Shop Ad campaigns to meet performance goals.
• Gather campaign assets, set up campaigns, and manage creative approvals
• Analyze campaign performance data and implement real-time strategies to improve key metrics (GMV, ROAS, Purchase).
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to campaign and creative deliveries.
• Serve as a point of contact for advertisers and internal team, providing guidance on campaign strategies and resolving inquiries efficiently.
• Generate end of campaign performance reports, offering actionable insights and recommendations.
• Work with MediaDonuts cross-functional teams, including sales admin, data, and finance, to support end to end sales process.
• Stay updated on TikTok Shop Ads features, policies, and industry trends to ensure high quality service delivery.
• Be comfortable to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the timing of live streams.
• Adapt to a dynamic schedule to support live campaigns and ensure seamless ad operations during peak periods.
