Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, or a related field; knowledge of the construction industry and renewable energy is a plus.
- Sales and business development experience (Renewable Energy, Infrastructure, construction-related)
- Strong organizational, analytical, and research skills with an ability to synthesize complex information.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and minute-taking abilities with a first mentality.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities :
・Market Research and Analysis
Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities in the renewable energy and infrastructure sectors.Assist in the development of business cases and analysis of financial models of potential investment opportunities.Provide market intelligence and insights to support the Senior Business Development Officer in making strategic decisions.・Opportunity Identification and Pursuit
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including identifying potential projects, negotiating deals, and closing transactions.Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including other investors, developers, and industry partners.・Collaboration and Project Execution
Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure successful project execution.Assist in the preparation of pitches, proposals, and presentations to secure new business opportunities.・Documentation and Record-Keeping
Maintain accurate records of meetings, contacts, and interactions with stakeholders to ensure organized and up-to-date documentation.Provide administrative support to the Business Development team as needed, including scheduling, document management, and minute-taking.・Perform other duties as required by the Manager, contributing to the overall success and growth of the business development team
