Job Description

One Outsource Direct Corporation (OODC) is seeking a highly analytical and detail‑oriented Machine Learning Engineer to join our team in a hybrid setup based in Makati. This role is essential for developing, deploying, and maintaining robust machine learning models, with a strong focus on data and annotation pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deploy, and maintain production‑level machine learning models.
• Collaborate directly with OODC project coordinators and client‑side research, data science, and annotation teams to integrate ML solutions.
• Design, manage, and optimize large‑scale data and annotation pipelines, ensuring data quality and consistency.
• Evaluate and validate model outputs and training data to ensure they meet technical and performance standards.
• Adopt new ML frameworks, algorithms, and data taxonomies efficiently based on project requirements.
• Analyze and assess data usefulness, feature relevance, and model alignment with established metrics.
• Document model architectures, data pipelines, and performance results for internal and client review.
• Participate in collaborative, multi‑round model refinement and review cycles with research and annotation teams.
• Communicate technical concepts and model performance insights clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Work up to 40 hours per week in a hybrid setup, requiring both remote and on‑site presence in Makati.
