Job Title : UK Sales Development Representative

Work Schedule : 4 : 00 PM to 1 : 00 AM (Philippine Time)

Monday to Friday, Onsite

Salary : 40,000

We are hiring two (2) UK B2B Outbound Sales Representatives to support Boomering’s expansion in the UK professional services market.

The role involves engaging with decision-makers across multiple sectors, generating qualified leads, and initiating new business opportunities.

The successful candidates will possess strong communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and the ability to conduct structured B2B conversations with UK-based professionals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct outbound calls to companies in the UK across construction, design, and professional service industries.
• Identify and qualify business opportunities by gathering key company information and project details.
• Engage with senior decision-makers (Directors, Project Managers, Estimators, QSs, etc.) professionally and persuasively.
• Manage call activity and data through the CRM system; maintain accurate lead and call logs.
• Follow structured scripts and adapt communication styles to suit the UK business culture.
• Work closely with the internal team / s to relay warm leads.
• Consistently meet and exceed performance targets for call activity, lead quality, and conversion rates.
