MEPF Engineers

Qualifications :

A graduate of BS-Mechanical Engineering course, not necessarily licensed

Proficient in computer applications such as MS (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), AutoCAD

Excellent knowledge in estimating and scheduling of building mechanical works.

At least 2 years’ experience in Building Construction specializing in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection scopes

Capable of handling different workers’ attitude

Can strictly analyze, control, and monitor Subcontractors’ scopes, materials, and billings

Capable of reviewing and verifying project specifications, technical drawings, materials take- off variations

Applicants must possess the following qualities :

Analytical with good communication skills

Result oriented, flexible, honest, and can work with minimum supervision

Can easily adapt to an organizational culture with systems and procedures

Provides reports daily
