Property Admin Assistant
Position Overview
The Property Admin Assistant ensures that all managed properties meet legal, safety, and quality requirements for leasing. This role involves conducting property assessments to verify compliance with company policies, housing codes, and leasing regulations. By maintaining safe and livable properties, the Admin Assistant supports tenant satisfaction, reduces risks, and contributes to excellent service delivery.
This is a project-based role from September 15, 2025, to February 15, 2026.
Key Objectives
Inspect properties to confirm compliance with legal, safety, and leasing standards.
Monitor adherence to company policies, housing codes, and lease agreements.
Support tenant satisfaction by ensuring properties are safe, comfortable, and well-maintained.
Minimize risks and promote service excellence through consistent property checks.
Duties & Responsibilities
Conduct property inspections at key stages : pre-lease, during tenancy, and post-tenancy.
Assess structural integrity, cleanliness, utilities, safety features, and required amenities.
Ensure compliance with building codes, health and safety regulations, fire safety, and accessibility standards.
Prepare detailed inspection reports with photos and written findings.
Recommend necessary repairs, upgrades, or maintenance to meet standards.
Maintain accurate inspection records and compliance checklists.
Performance Milestones
Within 30 Days : Learn leasing standards, inspection procedures, and reporting tools; shadow inspections to understand key compliance points.
Within 60 Days : Conduct property inspections with minimal supervision; complete reports with recommendations.
Within 90 Days : Independently handle full inspection cycles, maintain records, and support continuous process improvement.
Qualifications
Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
Customer service-oriented with a drive to exceed expectations.
Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in customer service or call center work is an advantage but not required.
Proficiency in basic computer applications; quick learner for new tools / software.
Flexible to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
