Qualifications :
Graduate of any 4-year course
With at least 2 years of experience in purchasing
Proficient in MS Office (Word and Excel)
With good communication skills
Responsibilities :
Assist in sourcing and evaluating suppliers
Prepare and process purchase orders accurately
Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed
Communicate with vendors to confirm order details and delivery timelines
Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation
Resolve issues related to order discrepancies or delays
Coordinate with internal departments to determine purchasing needs
Track shipments and ensure timely delivery of goods
Support cost-saving initiatives and vendor negotiations
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies
Salary & Benefits :
Depending on quality of experience, salary starts at P15,000.00.
