Service Engineer

Duties and Responsibilities :

• A service engineer reports to the Technical Supervisor.
• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and evaluation of machines to ensure functionality and operational efficiency.
• Conduct machine alignment, calibration, quality control, testing, orientation, demos, and actual running with clients.
• Prepare and submit reports related to daily activities and responsibilities.
• Be “on call” to address client concerns beyond regular working hours, including weekends and holidays.
