Duties and Responsibilities :
- A service engineer reports to the Technical Supervisor.
- Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and evaluation of machines to ensure functionality and operational efficiency.
- Conduct machine alignment, calibration, quality control, testing, orientation, demos, and actual running with clients.
- Prepare and submit reports related to daily activities and responsibilities.
- Be “on call” to address client concerns beyond regular working hours, including weekends and holidays.
Qualifications :
PRC license not required, but strong skills in troubleshooting machines are necessary.Must be patient, hardworking, flexible, willing to learn, and able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.Must be fit to work, adaptable to changes, and willing to travel or be assigned nationwide.Willingness to work beyond office hours if required.Must have :
A graduate of BS ECE, BS in Electronics Engineering, including vocational courses relatedto engineering that have an experience in the diagnostic field.
