Job Summary
Lead and manage financial operations, organizational effectiveness, and client relationships across multiple programs and lines of business. Drive strategic planning, process improvement, and performance management to ensure operational excellence and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Management : Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, audits, and P&L for assigned programs.
- Operations Leadership : Improve support functions (HR, IT, Finance, etc.), implement process improvements (LEAN, Six Sigma, RPA), and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Team & Performance Management : Lead cross-functional teams, set goals, monitor KPIs / SLAs, and ensure business continuity.
- Client Engagement : Manage complex client relationships, deliver solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Strategic Planning : Contribute to long-term organizational strategy and planning.
