Senior Project Engineer (BMS)

Overview

What you will do :

The Senior Project Enginee r is responsible facilitating the day-to-day activities to keep organizational and operations processes flowing smoothly and effectively. In-charge of supervising staff members, monitoring of projects, dispatch, mobilization, overseeing logistics and delivery of materials, devices, equipment and machines, organizing meetings with concerned department, preparation of necessary reports and general administrative duties of the group

How you will do it

PLANNING AND PREPARATION

• Prepares the detailed project plan and monitors it as well.
• Collaborate with sales team to understand customer needs and specific requirements.
• Analyses delivery of service needs and assists them in providing materials and product information and specifications.
• Reviews and pre-approve in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Monitors the resource availability and allocation and coordinates with Warehouse and Purchasing Group.
• Monitors the completeness and ensures that permits, gate pass and other documents concerning mobilization, demobilization, delivery and pull outs are properly secured and coordinated with all concerned.
