Billing Representative

Remote VA is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Billing Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Billing Representative, you will be responsible for managing the billing lifecycle, ensuring that invoices are accurate and promptly processed, and providing exceptional support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities :

• Invoice Generation : Prepare and issue invoices to clients based on services rendered, ensuring accuracy and adherence to agreed timelines.
• Payment Processing : Monitor incoming payments and ensure proper allocation to customer accounts while handling any discrepancies professionally.
• Client Communication : Serve as the primary point of contact for billing inquiries, providing timely responses and resolutions to clients.
• Account Reconciliation : Conduct monthly reconciliations of client accounts to ensure accuracy in billing and payment records.
• Reporting : Generate reports as required by management to analyze billing trends and improve processes.
