✨ Bachelor’s Degree Holder

✨At least 2 years of working experience with US Human Resource fields.

✨Knowledgeable of PeopleSoft HR modules.

✨Experience working leading a teams

✨Amenable to work graveyard shift

Job Responsibilities :

✨ Responsible for US time keeping, US termination monitoring and US benefits.

✨Responsible for leading and guiding the teams

✨Managing employee and benefits compensations and overseeing employee relations

✨Ensuring legal and regulatory compliance

✨Maintaining accurate employee records and report.
