Night Shift / Shifting (7 PM–9 PM start)
Responsibilities :
- Monitor and manage network infrastructure 24 / 7
- Create / resolve trouble tickets and follow SLAs
- Escalate major incidents and join incident bridges
- Perform root cause analysis and prepare reports
- Use monitoring tools (PRTG, Nagios, Solarwinds, etc.)
Qualifications :
CCNA required | CCNP preferredAssociate’s degree or 2+ years in IT support / network adminExperience in ServiceNow & monitoring platformsFamiliar with OSI troubleshooting, AWS / Azure, virtual desktopsStrong communication & multitasking skills
