Job descriptionMinimum 2 years of hands-on TikTok experience P r oven success generating at least $5 million in annual revenue through TikTok strategies (MUST HAVE) Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment Comfortable with a flexible scope of work and adapting to new challenges Strong understanding of TikTok Shop operations, including product listings, live selling, analytics, and promotional tools Deep knowledge of TikTok’s algorithm, trends, and content formats Skilled in analyzing performance data and making informed, revenue-focused decisions Exceptionally organized, self-motivated, and eager to take initiative Comfortable communicating in English (fluency not required)
We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just understand the platform—but dominates it with strategy, creativity, and conversion. If you live and breathe TikTok trends, know how to grow a brand through influencer partnerships, and have proven results on TikTok Shop, apply.
MUST HAVE
- Demonstrated ability working with influencers across social platforms, coordinating partnerships, campaigns, or promotional strategies
- Experience managing TikTok brand accounts and driving conversion-focused content
- Background in working with consumer-facing brands—e-commerce or retail experience is a plus
- Proven ability to work remotely while delivering measurable results
Shift Schedule Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm EST
