MUST HAVE
- Demonstrated ability working with influencers across social platforms, coordinating partnerships, campaigns, or promotional strategies
- Experience managing TikTok brand accounts and driving conversion-focused content
- Background in working with consumer-facing brands—e-commerce or retail experience is a plus
- Proven ability to work remotely while delivering measurable results
Shift Schedule Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm EST
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of hands-on TikTok experienceP r oven success generating at least $5 million in annual revenue through TikTok strategies (MUST HAVE)Ability to work independently in a fully remote environmentComfortable with a flexible scope of work and adapting to new challengesStrong understanding of TikTok Shop operations, including product listings, live selling, analytics, and promotional toolsDeep knowledge of TikTok’s algorithm, trends, and content formatsSkilled in analyzing performance data and making informed, revenue-focused decisionsExceptionally organized, self-motivated, and eager to take initiativeComfortable communicating in English (fluency not required)
