We are looking for a highly driven Product Development Specialist to lead and support innovation initiatives in the FMCG industry (non-food products). The role involves managing product portfolios, developing new products and processes, and ensuring continuous improvement while working closely with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities :
- Manage the product portfolio for end-users and industrial customers, in collaboration with Marketing, Procurement, QA, and Production teams
- Lead the development of new products, processes, and technologies , and enhance existing ones to meet market needs
- Plan, coordinate, and execute R&D projects, identifying key areas for innovation and improvement
- Ensure projects are completed within budget and timeline
- Present findings, insights, and recommendations to top management for strategic decision-making
- Ensure all R&D activities comply with regulatory, safety, and ethical standards
- Keep updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to drive competitiveness and innovation
