Responsibilities :
- Identify and engage potential clients, establish and nurture long-term relationships, and deliver tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets. Provide guidance and support to junior sales agents to enhance team performance.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics, provide insights for improvement, and implement best practices to achieve optimal results.
- Work closely with other departments, including Customer Service and Reservations, to align sales strategies with company goals and address client needs.
Qualifications :
2 to 4 years of relevant experienceStrong expertise in non-voice customer support (Chat / WhatsApp) Advanced Level :Extensive hands-on experience delivering high-quality customer support through chat and WhatsApp channels. Skilled in resolving issues efficiently, multitasking across conversations, and maintaining a professional and empathetic tone.
Highly flexible working hours no fixed shift model :Comfortable with irregular schedules and on-demand availability, rather than traditional 8-hour shift structures.
