Sales Representative
Position Summary :
The Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling the company’s products or services to existing and potential clients. This role focuses on achieving sales targets, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service and product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities :
Identify and approach potential customers to generate new business opportunities.
Present, promote, and sell products or services to clients through effective communication and product demonstrations.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback.
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, and accounting) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
Attend trade shows, marketing events, or client meetings as required.
Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
