Job descriptionEnsure every customer receives knowledgeable, friendly, and solution-oriented service Resolve complaints and handle escalations with professionalism and empathy Promote upselling and cross-selling of car accessories and services Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the store Monitor cash handling, POS systems, and daily sales reporting Stay updated on the latest car accessories, trends, and technical specs Train staff on product features and compatibility Analyze sales data to identify opportunities and improve performance Graduate of any course At least 3Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this positon. With Supervisory / 3 Yrs &Up Experience in Handling Retail Store. (Required) Knowledgeable in marketng, sales strategy.
