Key Responsibilities

• Fulfillment Operations : Lead and manage fulfillment operations, ensuring orders are processed, packed, and shipped on time and accurately
• Fulfillment Operations : Implement best practices to maximize efficiency, reduce costs, and achieve operational excellence
• Fulfillment Operations : Establish and monitor KPIs to ensure high customer satisfaction
• Warehouse Operations : Oversee nationwide warehouse operations, optimizing space, labor, and equipment
• Warehouse Operations : Develop strategies to improve warehouse productivity, minimize errors, and maintain inventory accuracy
• Warehouse Operations : Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
• Inventory & Stock Management : Implement robust inventory processes to maintain accurate stock levels for B2C and B2B channels
• Inventory & Stock Management : Collaborate with Supply Chain to optimize stock levels, reduce excess, and prevent stockouts
• Inventory & Stock Management : Use data-driven approaches for demand forecasting and replenishment planning
• Strategic Planning & Execution : Partner with the COO and senior leaders to develop operational strategies aligned with company goals
• Strategic Planning & Execution : Lead process improvement, automation, and technology initiatives
