We are seeking for experienced BPO Operations Leaders to join our dynamic team in Taguig City, Metro Manila. As a Director, VP, or SVP-level Operations Leader , you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and driving the success of our world-class call center and customer service operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and oversight for our BPO operations, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service and meeting key performance metrics
- Develop and implement innovative operational strategies to drive efficiency, productivity, and continuous improvement
- Manage and mentor a high-performing team of operations managers, supervisors, and frontline staff
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other business units to align operations with the company\'s overall strategic objectives
- Analyze data and key performance indicators to identify areas for optimization and make data-driven decisions
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, internal policies, and client service-level agreements
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and customer-centric culture within the operations team
What We\'re Looking For
