This is a remote position.
Your Role : Customer Service Representative
Scope :
- Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm Eastern with an hour unpaid break
- Remote work arrangement
- Direct management by client with established processes and standards
- Training provided on veterinary-specific knowledge and clinic procedures
- Use of client-provided software and systems for daily operations
Responsibilities :
