Job description3–5 years of experience in automotive or EV maintenance; background in training or Knowledge of EV systems and high-voltage safety is an advantage (manufacturer or Strong communication skills in English and Filipino; able to explain technical concepts Public speaking skills. Program Delivery – Plan and run training sessions on EV bus systems : batteries, Curriculum Support – Work with senior trainers or external experts to update lesson Compliance – Help the company secure and maintain TESDA and LTO accreditations Trainer Development Fleet Liaison – Coordinate with local transport cooperatives, bus operators, and Safety Oversight – Implement workplace safety measures and ensure trainees follow
Location : Quezon City
Schedule : Monday to Friday (8 : 30 AM – 5 : 30 PM)
Salary : 28k to 60k
Qualifications :
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Automotive Technology, Electrical / Mechanical
Engineering, or similar.
