What You’ll Own & Lead :
- Take full ownership of our Service Department operations
- Manage, coach, and inspire a team of mechanics and service personnel
- Guarantee exceptional repair quality and world-class customer satisfaction
- Be the bridge between technical excellence and a 5-star customer experience
- Help us build our aftersales strategy and set up new locations

Requirements
What We’re Looking For :
5+ years of solid experience in automotive servicing or technical operationsProven experience leading or supervising service teamsProven experience in car services or car dealership companiesStrong background in mechanical and electrical systems (EV experience a plus, but not required)A true team player—flexible, proactive, and not afraid of challengesPassion for customer service and a desire to build something meaningfulStrong organizational and people skills—you know how to motivate and leadWillingness to adapt in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentMust be flexible to travel to Pasig (Service center) and Laguna (where the car units are stored and released from. Business travel to Laguna will only be as-needed and there will be a company car provided.Employment Type : Full time employment
