Assist with daily accounting operations, including accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
Reconcile bank statements and company accounts to ensure accuracy.
Enter and update financial data in accounting software or spreadsheets.
Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Assist with budget tracking and expense management.
Maintain and organize financial records and documentation.
Support audits by providing documentation and responding to inquiries.
Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
