Requirements
Requirements 2–4 years of experience in paid media management, preferably within real estate, financial services, or related industries. Proven ability to generate qualified leads and manage full-funnel PPC campaigns. Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager. Strong understanding of impression share, top-of-page optimization, and bidding strategies. Analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics and campaign reporting dashboards. Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills. Google Ads certification (preferred). Strong communication skills in English.
