Financial Analyst (Makati)

Job description :

The Financial Analyst will be responsible for conducting financial analysis and developing financial models to support strategic decision-making, budgeting, forecasting, and business planning. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, a deep understanding of financial statements, and proficiency in building complex financial models using Excel and other financial software.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain robust financial models for business planning, capital budgeting, investment analysis, and scenario forecasting.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and dashboards for senior management.
• Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts in collaboration with department heads.
• Conduct valuation analysis as needed for potential investments or business decisions.
• Perform variance analysis comparing actual results to budgets / forecasts and explain deviations.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to improve company performance and profitability.
• Support the development of business cases for new projects, expansions, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Procurement, and Operations teams for data gathering and validation.
• Monitor key financial and operational KPIs, and ensure timely and accurate reporting.
