Job Description :

We are seeking a proactive and analytical Financial Analyst with strong experience in QuickBooks and financial modeling to support our senior leadership team. The ideal candidate is highly independent, detail-oriented, and experienced in finance, budgeting / forecasting, and development planning preferably with direct experience supporting CFOs.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct detailed financial analyses to support future development initiatives and strategic growth.
• Prepare, manage, and continuously improve budgeting and forecasting models.

Collaborate closely with the CFO on long-term financial planning and business development strategies.

Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports using QuickBooks, ensuring data integrity and compliance.

Identify financial trends and opportunities to support informed decision-making.

Assist in developing business cases for new initiatives and capital investments.

Support the month-end and year-end close processes, audits, and reconciliations.

Qualifications :

3+ years of experience in finance, budgeting / forecasting, or development planning.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and proactively.

Prior experience supporting CFOs or senior executives is highly desirable.

Excellent Excel and financial modeling skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills :

Experience in real estate development or a related industry.

Familiarity with strategic planning tools and project evaluation methods.
