Position : Marketing Manager (MM)
Department : Business Development
Location : Clark, Pampanga, Philippines
Reporting To : Director of Business Development
Responsibilities
- Manage Company Website - be the gatekeeper for the company’s website. Whether developing web content, ensuring all content is up to date, or measuring the success of specific web pages, digital marketing coordinators make sure the website performs at optimal capacity.
- Focal Point Online Lead Generation - TRT will be relying on its strategic digital marketing efforts to generate interest in TRT's Service offerings using a highly comprehensive online demand generation systems at all stages of the TRT client and prospective client lifecycle. The MM will be responsible for planning, overseeing, and executing these efforts.
- Analyze Trends - while not as fast as the B2C world the digital B2B world is also changing as never before. MM is required to keep themselves informed and aware of all the latest developments in the industry.
- Report Analytics - MM is required to monitor and report the results of digital marketing efforts as well as opportunities and area of improvements to the TRT management and the various business development teams as well as relevant internal and external stakeholders. The MM will be expected to utilise and have his team utilise such but not only these tools :
- SEO and SEM campaign tools (Google Adwords)
- Content management systems (WordPress)
- Social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (Communications, marketing, business, or a related field)At least 7+ years of experience in related Digital Marketing areasExperience in change management, stakeholder management, and influencing people without authorityExperience in managing B2B Digital Marketing projects and driving resultsStrong oral and written communication, interpersonal, presentation and organization skillsAbility to communicate with all levels of staff, management, and senior leadershipProven ability to work in ambiguityHighly motivated to take ownership and drive initiatives with mínimal directionDemonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams of 3 or more high performing individualsCapacity to think strategically and innovativelyIn addition to having a growth mindset and digital expertise, TRT requires the Marketing Manager to possess the following essential skills :
Web coding - MM is responsible for website management, which requires a strong understanding of HTML and CSS.Marketing automation - the MM’s work happens across multiple digital channels. They are well-versed in the world of marketing automation and have a particularly strong understanding of SEO and SEM and how these practices drive revenueSocial media savvy - the MM is familiar with the most current social media platforms and their effectiveness in promoting services and products to targeted audiences. A proven track record in overseeing social media campaigns is preferred.Communication skills - a large part of the MM day-to-day job is spent creating strong, brand-infused copy to reinforce a company’s mission and product value. World Class business style writing and editing skills are required.Analytical skills - Marketing Manager must quantify and analyze campaign results and make recommendations on ways to improve or increase the success of marketing effortsJob Types : Full-time, Permanent
