The Affiliate Marketing Supervisor develop and manage partnerships with affiliates, influencers, and community leaders to promote our OFW loan products. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing, relationship management, and performance-based marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Affiliate Recruitment & Onboarding
Directly identify, evaluate, recruit, and onboard high‑potential affiliates (OFW influencers, bloggers, financial advisors, remittance partners, organizations / companies, etc.). Furthermore, conduct research to identify new growth opportunities.
Creates and suggests for approval commission structures, incentive programs, and exclusive promotions to attract affiliate partners. Gathers necessary documentation / data to validate the suggested program. Implements the same once approved.Conducts program presentations, trainings, marketing materials, and referral tracking tools to affiliates for seamless onboarding.Conducts market research on all potential affiliate partners.Strategy & Campaign DevelopmentExecute data-driven affiliate marketing campaigns to increase lead generation and conversion rates.
Directly work with other marketing teams to create marketing assets for affiliates (social media posts, email templates, ad banners, etc.).Partner Relationship ManagementConsistently coordinates and meet up with affiliate partners to maintain strong relationships with existing affiliates to optimize performance.
Regularly utilizes affiliate tracking platforms and analytics tools to monitor performance (click-through rates, conversion rates, cost per acquisition).Prepare and present monthly performance reports with key metrics and actionable recommendations.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, communications or similar field.At least 2 years’ experience in affiliate marketing, loan consultant handling, partnerships (experience in financial services or fintech is a plus).Excellent presentation, communication, negotiations, and relationship building skills.Proven ability / track record to design and develop strategic marketing campaigns and programs.Knowledge on social media channels and platforms is a must.Experience working with OFW communities / clients, influencers, or fintech companies is an advantage but not necessarily required.Willing to do fieldwork.#J-18808-Ljbffr
