Application Support Specialist

Location : BGC, Taguig

Work Setup : Hybrid (3x a week onsite)

Schedule : Mid Shift

Salary Range : ₱90,000 – ₱100,000

Must-Have Skills and Experience :

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Application Support or a similar technical role
• Proficient in relational databases, preferably Microsoft SQL Server
• Hands-on experience with cloud services (preferably AWS)
• Experience in CI / CD pipelines and tools such as GitLab or Jenkins
• Knowledge of programming languages (Java or Python is a plus)
• Strong background in incident and problem management
• Proficient in using ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
• Solid understanding of Agile frameworks (Kanban, SAFe, SCRUM, etc.)
• Experienced in Agile delivery, release management, and engineering support
• Proven ability to handle multiple operations or projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
