We are looking for an experienced Workforce Management professional to join our growing team.

Location : Makati

Shift : Night Shift

Salary : Up to PHP 85,000–90,000

Qualifications :

4–5 years of proven experience as a Workforce Manager or in a leadership role such as Senior WFM Supervisor or Assistant Manager

Strong background in handling telco accounts within the BPO industry

Excellent skills in analytics, forecasting, and scheduling

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
