Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tax Manager to be based in the Philippines, supporting multiple countries across the Asia Pacific region. This role will play a critical part in shaping tax strategy, ensuring compliance, and partnering with business stakeholders to drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Tax Process Control Establishment : Develop and implement robust tax processes and internal controls for both new and existing business operations.
• Strategic Business Partnership : Collaborate closely with business teams to provide optimal tax advice on transactions, ensuring alignment with local and regional regulations.
• Tax Risk Audit Management : Proactively manage tax risks and lead responses to tax audits across supported countries.
• Compliance Reporting Oversight : Oversee tax compliance activities and ensure timely submission of periodic management and statutory reports.
• Tax Provision Review : Review tax provisions in accordance with group reporting requirements, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
