The Learning Experience Designer will design & develop eLearning / online learning content and programs using the latest instructional and educational technology methods. This role will be instrumental in building our learning solutions through, research and consultation to develop content across a wide range of topics for onboarding, compliance and foundational skills.

WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES?

• Design and development of learning resources that are engaging and relevant to the workplace and industry context (including but not limited to job aids, workbooks, handouts, skill and knowledge assessments as well as case studies)
• Designing curriculum, content outline and storyboards, applying appropriate multimedia learning methodologies considering scalability, delivery requirements and limitations
• Manage and execute graphic design and video development projects for instructional and presentation needs
• Maintain training materials, courseware, and online content, to ensure that information is current and accessible
• Research and make recommendations on educational best practices, instructional technologies, and multimedia hardware / software to support teaching and learning
• Perform other duties as assigned or required
