Job Purpose
The Sales Order Processor is responsible for accurately receiving, validating, and processing customer purchase orders in a timely manner. This role ensures that all orders are aligned with customer requirements, pricing agreements, and company policies, supporting smooth order fulfillment and excellent customer service.
What You’ll Do
- Receive and review customer purchase orders for accuracy and completeness
- Encode sales orders in the ERP system promptly and accurately
- Verify product availability, pricing, terms, and delivery schedules
- Coordinate with the Sales, Warehouse, and Logistics teams for timely order fulfillment
- Communicate order status, delivery updates, or discrepancies to customers and internal teams
- Prepare and release order-related documents such as sales invoices and delivery receipts
- Assist in resolving order-related issues and customer concerns
- Prepare regular reports on order processing and fulfillment performance
What We’re Looking For
Education :Graduate of any Business or related course
Experience :At least 2–3 years in sales order processing, order management, or related administrative role
Skills :Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; ERP experience is an advantage
