About the role
Join the Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions' team as a Consumer Electronics Customer Service Representative, working from the comfort of your own home. This full-time role will see you providing high-quality customer service and technical support to clients based in the Libis Quezon City Metro Manila area. You will be an integral part of the company's customer service operations, contributing to its continued success in the Call Centre & Customer Service industry.
What you'll be doing
Responding to customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat
Providing technical support and troubleshooting for a range of consumer electronics products
Identifying customer needs and offering solutions to resolve issues
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team or department
Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes
What we're looking for
Applicant must be HS / SHS Grad + with 6mos International voice Experience
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot consumer electronics products
Familiarity with customer service best practices and problem-solving techniques
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications
Knowledge of the Call Centre & Customer Service industry and its best practices
