Recruitment
- Post and manage job ads in various portals.
- Screen resumes and job applications for talents who embody SVEN’s core values and possess the necessary skills to succeed in the agency.
- Manage the whole potential candidate to employee conversion process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers on recruitment requirements.
- Create recruitment reports that could be used as basis for hiring projections and trends for future planning.
Onboarding
Assist both the department head and the new employee throughout the onboarding process.Ensure that all requirements (documents, assets, etc.) are processed within the set deadline.Facilitate the company orientation for new hires.Coordinate and deliver company orientations.Streamline the company’s onboarding process by maximizing the company’s HRIS.Other Duties and Responsibilities
Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.Compiling and updating of employee records (hard and soft copies)Conduct periodic reviews to identify best practices and necessary improvements to recommend ways to refresh SVEN’s recruitment and onboarding processes.Requirements
