We are seeking a motivated and results-driven SDR to join our remote team in the Philippines to drive lead generation for our complimentary Free Flood Analysis and Quote service.
Job Summary : The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will be responsible for outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and potentially social channels to qualify potential clients and schedule appointments for our U.S.-based Sales Executives.
The primary goal is to book a high volume of qualified "Free Flood Analysis & Quote" appointments with property owners in flood-prone areas.
Key Responsibilities :
- Execute Cold Outreach : Conduct a high volume of daily outbound calls (cold calling) and utilize email / social channels to engage potential residential and commercial clients in targeted regions.
- Appointment Setting : Successfully schedule qualified appointments for the U.S.
Sales team to conduct a "Free Flood Analysis & Quote."
Lead Qualification : Effectively use a prepared script and employ active listening to qualify leads based on flood risk, property type, decision-making authority, and genuine interest in flood mitigation solutions.Product Knowledge : Quickly develop a strong understanding of Dam It Defense's unique flood barrier systems, their benefits (superior protection, insurance savings), and the value of the Free Analysis offer.CRM Management : Maintain meticulous, accurate, and up-to-date records of all customer interactions, lead statuses, and appointment details in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).Objection Handling : Professionally and persistently handle prospect objections, maintain composure, and pivot conversations to secure the appointment.Collaboration : Work closely with the U.S.Sales and Marketing teams to optimize scripts, target lists, and overall outreach strategies.
Reporting : Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such, as call volume, connection rates, conversion rates, and appointments booked.Required Qualifications
Location : Must reside in the Philippines and be set up for remote work.Experience : Proven experience (1+ years) in cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting, preferably for a U.S.or international market.
Communication : Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills with a neutral accent and a persuasive, professional tone.Must be comfortable speaking on the phone for long periods.
Schedule : Ability to work a U.S.time zone schedule (e.g., Eastern Standard Time / EST) to align with target customer availability.
Tech Stack Proficiency : Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), dialer systems, and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets).Soft Skills : High level of discipline, resilience to rejection, strong organizational skills, and a self-starter mentality.Preferred Qualifications :
